Reduction of the Greenhouse Effect Gases

During the II Environment and Economic Development Meeting RIO-92 in 1992, countries from all over the world recognized the seriousness of the emission of greenhouse effect gases into the atmosphere, and its direct impact in climate change.

Diplomatic negotiations evolved, and, in 1997, in Kyoto – Japan, a Protocol for the Reduction of Emissions was designed, agreed upon and released.

Every day more and more evidences appear and show the gravity of this matter, and how it affects life on our planet. SKYMSEN, committed to environmental causes, has made a compromise to reduce the emission of greenhouse effect gases, going beyond what is requested by law. Last year, we were able to reduce 98,89 tCO2, this is equivalent to 692 trees in 30 years, in a reforestation project.
